Burberry took over Old Sessions House in Farringdon for their ‘Here We Are’ exhibit in conjunction with their LFW show the location very quickly became one of my new favourite buildings in London. I only wish it was open to the public all the time. I’m glad I managed to capture the incredible venue on 35mm film though. I throughly enjoyed the exhibit, but the setting and the building itself just made it all the more special to me.
Coffee pit stops with Ollie at Royal Exchange Grind. The sun setting across the white brick around Bank will always look beautiful and very much sum up an iconic image of London to me. Finally last month my lovely friend Isabella was visiting from Denmark and we spent the day together exploring all Seven Dials had to offer and also spent part of the afternoon working remotely from Look Mum No Hands, one of my fave cafes in East London.
I hope you liked this instalment of my 35mm Diaries. Earlier this month I found out Poundland are no longer stocking 35mm film which I was quite honestly devastated by! I wish I’d bulk bought film why it was still available. So if anyone has any recommendations for cheap 35mm film in London, let me know. I’ve found a few alternative stockists already but none as cheap as £1. Another post is on the way and I’m currently shooting with a new kodak colour film and loving all the autumnal colours across the city.
