I’ve definitely mentioned Aldeburgh a fair few times to you guys as it is one of my favourite coastal towns in the UK. I always recommend it to people who haven’t visited as in my opinion they have the best fish and chip shop in Britain.
Ollie and I made a fleeting visit for fish and chips and a stroll along the beach one afternoon a few weeks ago before heading on to shoot a beautiful wedding nearby. I’m planning to do a post from the wedding, I’d love to know whether you’d like to see more of that type of work I shoot here on the blog.
Now back to Aldeburgh and what’s more appropriate to wear to the beach than a classic Breton and a yellow rain mac, both of which are from Joules, a brand I’ve loved for years. Their classic pieces are wardrobe staples, I have more of the bretons than I’d care to mention but they are the perfect fit and they wear so so well. Also I can’t not mention their gorgeous store on the High St in Aldeburgh which is really lovely. Ollie and I certainly abused the sale whilst we were there too. They also have a separate shop just for the kids collection too.
What a wonderful way to spend a sunny afternoon in July. Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend.
This post is in collaboration with Joules but all opinions of there gorgeous clothes are my own.
