Hello to a brand new week, I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! London Fashion Week descended on the capital last Friday. It was a very last minute chance that I got to meet my gorgeous friend Amy for lunch, as she’d flown down from Glasgow that morning to attend some shows at LFW. I love how living in London has been able to give me access to lots of last minute opportunities. We grabbed lunch together in Soho, before heading to meet the Specsavers team by Freemasons Hall.

We then attended the ‘Ones to Watch’ show with Fashion Scout which featured the models wearing some ace frames from Specsavers. So many unique pieces created by some very talented up and coming designers. Thanks so much to the Specsavers team for being so lovely and accommodating to myself and Amy on Friday.

Amy and I shot these photos on our walk from Soho to Freemasons Hall and both instantly loved the neon lights of this retro diner!(Who remembers Ed’s Diner? I remember going to the one in Bluewater which feels like forever ago). I uploaded the photos from my camera straight to my phone (using this lifesaving gadget as my SLR camera doesn’t have wifi enabled, how very first world problems of me). I could then edit them quickly and did so using the VSCO cam app. Amazing how new tech has evolved to process a RAW image straight from a camera to a phone. Then I’m able to edit it and upload immediately to social media. The definition of fast editing if you ask me. As always an absolute joy to see Amy but not enough time together as usual, see you soon wee monkey.
