The latest offering to open up along Hoe St, very close by the station is none other than ‘The Collab‘, a collaboration between Signature Brew voted brewery of the year by SIBA (The Society of Independent Brewers) and We Serve Humans, critically-acclaimed restaurant loved for its incredible burgers. The Collab has been drawing quite the buzz since its opening and we’ve visited a couple of times.
On this occasion we visited with friends during lunch time to take advantage of their lunch time offer; Burger, chips & soft drink for £10 – substitute the soft drink for a beer and its only £12.50, a great deal if you ask me. Every time we visit we try a new burger and so far we’ve loved everything we’ve had. Me and Ollie particularly like their beef dripping fries, such an indulgence and very tasty too.
There’s such a range of beers on draft not to mention the guest beers which are updated very regularly too. The decor is simple with local flourishes which I really liked, the two fabric banners are just fab and I love their logo symbolising each of the brands collaborating together. A great stop for burgers and beer in the heart of Walthamstow. We look forward to our next visit!
